Sct. Olai Church · Hjørring

A new chancel interior in light oak, where altar, kneelers and bespoke joinery form a calm, contemporary composition.

The brief was to create new liturgical furniture that respects the church’s simple architecture and existing materials. The altar, kneelers and storage are made in light oak with precise joints and tactile details, while warm leather brings calm and substance. The result is a coherent chancel that feels like a natural continuation of the space.
